In the coming weeks, Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) will also discontinue support for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems on the DRC INSIGHT online testing platform. Please note, this will not impact Texas Reclassification testing. However, to avoid future test interruption, anyone using Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 should update their operating system at their earliest convenience. After December 1, 2020, customers continuing to use these systems will receive an alert stating their operating system will not be compatible for testing.
